Effective Jan. 1, 2026, readiness training days are every Wednesday unless otherwise noted. All clinics and services will open at 9:30 a.m. on readiness training days.

The 78th Medical Group is open for same day appointments. The immunizations clinic, pharmacy and laboratory are closed on these days.
