We provide services for Referral Management

You’ll need a referral for any care your primary care manager doesn’t provide, such as urgent, preventive, mental health, or specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.

Patient Travel

If you’re referred by your PCM for specialty care at a location over 100 miles (one way) from your PCM’s office, you may be eligible for TRICARE Prime travel reimbursement. Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Beneficiary Counseling Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)/Debt Collections Assistance Officer (DCAO)
